Sankar S is a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer with over 19 years of experience in the field of New Product Development and QA Engineering. He has a strong background in computer-aided design, IT-manual testing, and managing overall quality planning strategies of the QA department. Sankar has hands-on experience with various inspection techniques for leading brands such as HMSI, TVS, and Yamaha. He has a good understanding of mechanical components, reading of drawings, and visualization, which he leverages to create design concepts, assembly, and manufacturing drawings as per standards. He has also worked as a Research Scientist at the National Informatics Centre, where he was responsible for project execution, 3D modeling, estimation of overall project time, periodic reviews of project constraints, and maintaining design documents as per BARC requirements. Sankar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, and completed his HSC from St. Francis Xavier Higher Secondary School, Tuticorin.
