Currently, he serves as the Business Head for Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka at Xiaomi, where he has achieved a leadership position in Nepal and a top 3 position in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. He is responsible for the business structure, team setup, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, and product planning, with full P&L responsibility for the region. Prior to joining Xiaomi, Sanket was the Strategic Partner for New Business at Blackbuck, where he led the company's foray into the SME space. He also worked as a Junior Associate at McKinsey, where he consulted clients across various industries such as auto, healthcare, IT, industrials, and financial services. Sanket holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
