He has worked with top companies like Informix, Oracle, CA Tech, MakeMyTrip (E-commerce), and Intuit in the US and India, leading geographically distributed teams. Sanket is an execution-focused leader with expertise in business strategy, innovation, enterprise architecture, research & development, engineering, operations, program management, and process/governance. Currently, Sanket is the Managing Director for Salesforce India Operations and Site Lead for Technology/Marketing/Product. In his current role, he is responsible for driving value through strategic headcount growth, industry connects, and ownership and delivery of key product development. He also works closely with sales organizations towards business development. Prior to joining Salesforce, Sanket was the Managing Director for Intuit, where he led one of the largest product development centers for the company. He was responsible for enhancing Intuit's tech brand in India, delivering key product releases, leadership hiring and development, and hiring talent from industry and academic institutions. He also represented Intuit at major conferences, connected with media, published blogs, and sat on the advisory boards of academic institutions. Sanket initiated Intuit Circles, a global startup program that powered the prosperity and supported the growth of startups through integration with Intuit's Fin-tech platform and connecting them with ecosystem players. Sanket's educational background includes a BS in CS & Mathematics from Cornell University, an MS in CS from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
