Sanket Tawade is a Mechanical Engineer currently working at Tata Motors Pvt Ltd in Pune as a Maintenance Engineer in the PVBU - Operations department. He has demonstrated leadership and teamwork qualities, and possesses good knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes. Sanket has expertise in designing and is well-versed in technical terms like GD & T, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Control Tools. He has implemented KAIZEN, 5 'S, and 4M management throughout the shop and has a solution-oriented approach in dealing with problems.
