Sankha Subhra Saha is an experienced Circuit Design Engineer currently working at a Stealth Startup. He has a strong background in the design and validation of Core and Datapath Circuits for 3D-NAND components. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Sankha has honed his skills in functional verification, simulation, and test case development. Prior to his current role, Sankha worked at Intel as a Component Design Engineer, where he was responsible for designing and validating Core and Datapath Circuits for 3D-NAND components. He also worked as an NSG Graduate Intern at Intel, where he performed functional verification of Bandgap, Current mirrors, temperature sensor, and voltage-current monitor block across process corners and temperature to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, he wrote test cases to detect leakage in word line and bit lines of the memory using voltage-current monitoring block and extracted the layout and hacked the netlist to check the stability of opamps across process corner and temperature used in the memory controller. Sankha holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he studied from 2013 to 2015. He also earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
