Santhanam Nagarajan is a seasoned Sr. Localization Specialist with over 10 years of experience in leading and delivering globalized products with a great level of internationalization and localization quality, fulfilling the local market and customer requirements. He is currently working at ServiceNow, where he manages localization project management, requirement/scope analysis, planning, localization QA, defect management, and delivery of localization assets for EMEA, APJ, LATAM regions. Santhanam's expertise lies in software, game, and marketing localization operations and services. He has hands-on experience in Internationalization [I18n] and Localization [L10n] product engineering and testing, LQA till delivery. He has experience in handling various types of Localization contents such as Product, Launch assets, Legal, Digital Marketing, and Support contents such as Websites, Landing pages, Emails, Blogs, Push notifications, A2U, FAQs, Images, Audio, and Video contents. Santhanam is an expert in I18N assessment, estimation, consultation, and certifying the products on I18n levels and L10n to achieve global market needs. He has a Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Anna University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from the same university.
