Santhosh Sagar Reddy is a seasoned technology professional with over 16 years of experience in building innovative products and solutions. He is currently the Founder and CEO of CoffeeBeans, a consulting firm that specializes in building cutting-edge products in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning space as well as Social Commerce. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Santhosh spent 11 years at ThoughtWorks, a renowned company known for its technical thought leadership and Agile delivery capabilities. During his tenure, he worked on over 15 projects, building complex mission-critical bespoke software solutions and systems for global companies. He has also worked in various roles such as Development, Business Analysis, Project and Product Management, and Client Principle roles. Santhosh has vast experience working across the globe, including the USA, Australia, UK, China, Italy, and India. Santhosh's expertise in product strategy, development, and operations is evident from his past experience as the COO and Co-Founder of AdSolv Digital, where he was responsible for building and nurturing the client relationship and ensuring a successful delivery and partnership for the client. He has also worked as a Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks, where he was responsible for project and program management, client relationship and account nurturing, and product management. Santhosh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and BE degrees from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering. He also has a PUC degree in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Electronics from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. Santhosh's tech stack includes Product Management and Machine Learning, and he has relevant experience of over 18 years.
