Santhosh Aritakula is an experienced recruitment professional with over 9 years of relevant experience in hiring strategies, stakeholder management, and end-to-end executive hiring for technology and business streams. Currently, he serves as the Recruiting Lead for APAC at MetaMap, a borderless startup that recently closed a $70M Series B funding round led by Tribe Capital. In his current role, Santhosh is responsible for hiring strategies across APAC, NA, and EMEA regions and managing stakeholder relationships. Before joining MetaMap, Santhosh worked as the Principal Recruiter at Gojek, where he led the global executive search team and group level hiring for GoTo (Gojek+Tokopedia+GoTo Financial Services). He partnered with all the businesses around the world to engage, build, and grow the senior and executive leadership team and personally hired over 35 leaders across various domains. He also worked as a Manager for Human Capital at Matrix Partners India, one of the top VC firms in SEA, where he interacted with some of the brightest founders in the ecosystem and helped them find talent across levels and skillsets. Santhosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and completed his high school education at Sainik School Korukonda. He has expertise in infra and search technologies. Santhosh is passionate about his work and aims to make a difference in the world by unlocking a borderless world through MetaMap's products.
