Santhosh HJ is a Senior IT professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in designing and architecting cloud solutions, managing and troubleshooting, problem management, and team management. He has a proven track record of configuring managers with various revisions control software, documenting technical specifications, and developing test cases. Santhosh is passionate about solving real-world business challenges using the DevOps framework and is proficient in deploying and managing complex cloud infrastructure. Currently, Santhosh works as a Member of Technical Staff at VMware, where he is responsible for performing design and architecture for the next generation internal Cloud for R&D customers using platforms like vSphere, AWS, vCloud Director, and more. He leverages automation frameworks to improve processes, automate deployment, and improve manageability of the environment. Santhosh also monitors the infrastructure continuously for anomalies and plans for the auto-remediation of regular issues. He coordinates closely with R&D engineers and Dev teams till the resolution of problems, bug fixes in the products by providing them with the required analysis data, log bundles, and problem reproduction. Santhosh has previously worked as a Senior Engineer-Server Management at Wipro, where he worked as a VMware Admin and managed activities like provisioning servers from VMware 4.0, managing storage, and troubleshooting on VDI environments. Santhosh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, where he also pursued a PG Diploma in the same field. He has a Bsc in IT from KSOU, Bangalore. Santhosh is a Software Engineer with expertise in AWS, infra, test, and DevOps. He is an effective team player and an individual contributor with a steep learning curve. Santhosh possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
