Santhosh Kumaraswamy is a highly accomplished engineering manager with over 25 years of relevant experience in the field. He has a successful track record of managing global teams on large-scale open-source software projects, particularly in the blockchain and mobile domains. He is a self-starter and team-builder with successful exits in blockchain and mobile. Santhosh has extensive experience in blockchain development, including EOSIO blockchain and libraries, IBM Hyperledger fabric and composer, Ethereum solidity, various testnets, and DApps. He is also well-versed in AI/ML technologies, having worked with classifiers such as PART, RandomForest, C4.5, and NaiveBayes, as well as text-based solutions such as NaiveBayesMultinomialText, Word2Vec, and Doc2Vec, and clustering algorithms like KMeans. Currently, Santhosh is the Director of Blockchain Engineering at Bullish, where he leads a large team of talented engineers in the US and Hong Kong working on high-performance blockchain functionality and tooling for the Bullish cryptocurrency exchange. Prior to joining Bullish, Santhosh served as the Engineering Manager for EOSIO Blockchain at block.one, where he hired and managed a large high-performance team of blockchain software engineers developing core blockchain functionality and related integration libraries. He also served as the President of Mobiuso, where he led engineering and operations, directed 40+ engineers across five offices, and enabled clients to conceptualize, build, and launch businesses with custom mobile apps and AI/ML solutions. Santhosh holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Harvard University, a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, and a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT.
