At Toppr, he served as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the backend development of the platform. At OST, he worked on developing APIs for an app similar to TikTok called Pepo, the first cryptocurrency app approved by Apple with in-app purchases. He also worked on early features in the Pepo app, such as user profile, video replies, video stitching, and communities. Additionally, he designed and developed a full-stack web application for Pepo content management. Santhosh holds a Bachelor's degree from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, where he studied from 2011 to 2015.
