Santhosh Reddy is a technology leader with over 15 years of global leadership experience in building exceptional end-to-end technology solutions. He has previously held senior leadership positions where he was responsible for managing multi-million dollar accounts and helping them define their technology roadmap. Santhosh is a design thinking enthusiast with a passion for everything related to technology, art, and aesthetic design. He has helped various startups in bringing their technology products to life. As a Co-founder and CTO at ShakeDeal, Santhosh is building technology products to help solve the various pain points in the B2B industry. He has completed a distance learning course, ‘Design Thinking Action Lab’ from the d.school (Stanford University). Santhosh's other interests include sketching, theater, reading screenplays, understanding businesses, and their business models. Currently, Santhosh is a Board Observer at shipway, where he is involved in various Pre-sales activities, mentoring project teams, training campus recruits, etc. For Vericrest, he was responsible for building applications for various businesses and automating business processes, including Property Valuations, Loan Boarding Services, UPS Printing Application, etc. Santhosh has worked as a Co-Founder & MD at shakedeal, where he was involved in setting up the IT infrastructure and redesigning and migrating all the home lending applications to Vericrest. He also helped in automating most of the business processes used by the business. As a Development Architect at Disruptive Vision (Pty) Ltd, Santhosh led a team responsible for developing reporting solutions for the Zoom platform and building a PDS (Public Display Systems) management system. He was also involved in shaping the UI/UX experience of the entire Zoom platform and evaluating and suggesting the best front-end technologies for the Zoom platform. Santhosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He also completed his Pre-University College from Christ University and SSLC from Kairali Nikethan High School. Santhosh's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, infra, UI, and Frontend. With 17.12 years of relevant experience, Santhosh is a seasoned professional who has a track record of delivering exceptional results.
