Santhosh SS is a seasoned cross-functional leader with more than 18 years of experience in both large enterprises and start-ups. Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of Dhiyo.ai, India's first vernacular conversational AI platform to employ the next billion users. Santhosh is working on an AI conversational platform that enables job seekers in the informal sector to create their profile/resume by speaking to their smartphone through a series of voice commands in their own native language. This innovative platform not only helps job seekers build their digital identity but also allows them to search and apply for gainful jobs using the power of voice. Santhosh's expertise lies in deep-tech, integration and engineering services, product development and operations strategy, innovation labs, customer relationship management, software architecture and design, outsourcing/offshore team building, application development/maintenance, and BPO and e-business services. He strongly believes that the success recipe for any enterprise or start-up is a right mix of creativity-engineering, focus, and happy people. Before founding Dhiyo.ai, Santhosh served as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of BETSOL, where he was responsible for the overall strategic and operational responsibility of the organization. He successfully grew the company to a profitable 300+ people service/product engineering organization in just five years. Santhosh also set up the Innovation labs at BETSOL, where some niche products were built. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Viewpost, where he designed and developed software that gave a real-time view of accounts receivable/payable and accelerated payments with digital invoices-checks. Santhosh holds an MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, where he studied business/operations management, marketing, and finance. He also has an MS in computer science from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from BMS. Santhosh is proficient in AI, integration, search, and software engineering and has relevant experience of 16.86 years.
