He is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Rocketium, a B2B and B2C startup building collaborative design software for marketing teams. At Rocketium, Santosh is actively hiring and leading a large technical product organization that specializes in solving hard technical challenges in marketing design. Prior to joining Rocketium, Santosh has worked with renowned organizations like IBM, HPE, JPMorgan Chase, and Sabre Holdings. He has also been part of startups like SilverPeak, which was acquired by HPE in 2020 for ~$1 billion. At SilverPeak, Santosh was the Software Development Manager for Unity Orchestrator, a centralized orchestration of Software Defined WAN (SDWAN) deployments. He spent ~70% of his time designing and coding, launched Cloud-based Unity Orchestrator, and automated Cloud Unity Orchestrator provisioning in the Cloud. Santosh is passionate about building teams that work together to build great products, innovating with data and technology, mentoring and motivating teams to bring the best version of themselves, and enjoying work-life balance. Santosh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering.
