Santosh Kumar is a highly skilled and passionate Tech Lead with expertise in distributed systems, microservices, agile, and cloud technologies. With over 15 years of relevant experience, he has a strong command over Java, Spring Framework, Redis, Spark, Kafka, MySQL, and AWS. Currently working as an SDE3 at Dream11, Santosh has previously worked as an Assistant Vice President at Citi and a Senior Analyst Developer at Barclays. At Citi, he joined the Trade Data Services team and at Barclays, he was involved in building the risk platform for the equities business unit. He has also mentored new members and performed individual contributions as a full-stack developer. Santosh has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from National Institute of Technology Warangal and a SSCE degree in Computer Science from DAV. He has a proven track record of building high throughput, low latency applications, with an impressive ~50k rpm. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, Microservices, Senior Software Engineering, Spark, Redis, Kafka, Spring, AWS, Java, MySQL, Spring Boot, Golang, test, HDFS, and GCP.
