Santosh Maharana is a Mechanical Engineer and Software Engineer with a focus on providing practical designs, analysis, and automation for high-quality product development with reduced prototyping costs. He has designed several successful projects related to multibody dynamics, vibration, and structural analysis with applied automation that have proven to be highly effective operationally and cost-effective. Currently working as a Software Development Engineer at Altair, Santosh has also worked as a Project Trainee at Altair, where he learned to automate simulation activities/processes using Python and Tcl/Tk and implemented tasks in highly technological, innovative, and challenging projects. He has also worked as an Engineer Intern at Royal Enfield, where he worked on current product development and analysis of Chassis and its subsystem, developed and proposed a lightweight swing arm for cost reduction and performance, and performed vibrational simulations of full system and component level analysis. Santosh's education history includes a Master of Technology in CAD/CAM/CAE from VIT, a training course in CAD/CAM from Central Tool Room and Training Centre, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from CSVTU.
