He has managed large-scale consumer internet properties in India and Singapore, where he was responsible for ideation, launch, marketing, and P&L of web and app properties. Currently, he is a Consultant for Innovation, Products & Startups at Gray Matrix, where he provides pre-sales consultation to enterprise clients, consultation on in-house ventures, and advises on digital innovations and strategy, business intelligence, and feedback. Santosh is an expert in digital transformation and has consulted for various startups and companies. He has worked with Talkk.ai, where he advised on AI, ML, chatbots, BPA, RPA, and humanoid robots. He has also consulted for health and social startups, provided pro-bono consultancy, and offered weekend coffee and startup advice to companies and startups in Pune. Prior to Gray Matrix, Santosh worked as a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft Corporation, where he managed MSN South East Asia.
