Santosh P is a seasoned Recruiter with over 16 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as the Manager Recruitment- India Engineering at Airbnb, where he is responsible for building engineering teams. Santosh is a passionate individual who loves to learn and do things differently. In his previous roles, Santosh has worked with top-tier companies such as Uber and Amazon. At Uber, he served as the Recruitment Lead, managing the India CoE, people-tech organization, TPM, and Global scaled solutions teams. His team hired for senior community operations managers, technical program managers, program managers, tech, senior engineers, and some functional roles in people tech. At Amazon, Santosh worked as a Technical Recruiter, where he led projects that had a great impact on candidate experience, changed the way they hired talent, and improved employee retention and development. Santosh holds an MBA in HR & Systems from SRM University and a B.Tech in ECE from Nagarjuna University. He also completed his SSC from NCSchool. Santosh has a diverse tech stack, including web, SDET, test, QA, and software engineering. Apart from his professional life, Santosh is a good husband and father.
