Santosh Patidar is a techie, entrepreneur, and startup enthusiast with over 15 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. As the Co-founder of DINGG, a one-stop SaaS platform for Salon & Spa operations, he is responsible for managing bookings, billing, customer history, leads & enquiries, staff, inventory, feedback, and reporting. Additionally, he has automated SMS & email marketing tools and integrations with Instagram, Facebook, and Google to help businesses grow and extend their revenue potential through the consumer marketplace. Prior to DINGG, Santosh served as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at comScore India, Pune, where he managed the development and operations support for most of the comScore infrastructure. He reduced processing time using non-conventional methods when handling PB's data with limited servers, focused on automation of manual processes to reduce downtime due to manual errors and speed up delivery times, and set up a 24x7 team in India to handle operations and brought downtime to negligible. He also served as the Director of Software Engineering, managing the engineering team to handle all major products with collection systems. Santosh holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from IIPS, DAVV, Indore, and a High School degree from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Dewas. His technical expertise includes Big Data, Hadoop, and infra. As a co-founder, Santosh is passionate about using technology to simplify business operations and help businesses grow.
