Santosh Rout is a seasoned sales professional with over 13 years of experience in the industry. He is currently the Head of Admissions at Interview Kickstart, where he is responsible for managing the admissions team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the admissions process. Prior to his current role, Santosh worked at Simplilearn, where he held various leadership positions. As the Vice President of Sales, he led a 30-member team, including an inside sales team, an outbound lead generation team, and field sales members in the US. He was responsible for generating $3 million in revenue with a 50% growth target YoY. He primarily worked with CXOs and VPs to sell the LMS platform along with content, with an average deal size of $100K. As the Sr. Director of Business at Simplilearn, Santosh was responsible for growing the B2C business in India, ROW, and the US, along with B2B for ROW and the US. He grew revenue from $12 million/year to $18 million/year and built and managed a world-class 280-member sales team with 24/7 operations.
