Santript Raghuvanshi is a skilled Python programmer, Chatbot developer, and AI enthusiast who has gained considerable experience in the field of software engineering and NLP. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, he has a strong academic background in the field. Santript has a relevant experience of 1.69 years and is currently working as a Software Engineer at Aertrip, a virtual agent for travel bookings and underlying services. Santript started his career in a startup where he developed a rule-based chatbot. Later, he joined Limechat as a Software Development Engineer where he deployed 2 bots in production using GitLab CI/CD, designed and developed a new application for the organization's Chatbot deliverable, collaborated with client-side Design and Sales teams for Bot improvements, and maintained and refactored chatbots of various clients. He also adapted clean code and industrial practices like Linters for Python. As a Research and Development Intern at Qube, Santript built a Natural Language Understanding model for business queries using RASA, developed prototypes of IoT devices built with ESP 32, and worked with Google Firestore to manage Pub/Sub data from users' IoT devices.
