He has been instrumental in setting up the Delhi e-Governance Society (DeGS), which provides support to design, develop and implement e-Governance projects in Delhi. In addition to his professional achievements, Santulan is also a talented cartoonist and short story writer. He brings a unique perspective to his work and is known for his creative problem-solving skills. Santulan's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from Pondicherry University and a Post Graduate degree in Mathematics from Bundelkhand University.
