Santy Blesson Pushparaj is a highly accomplished Software Engineer and Research Scientist with over 7 years of relevant experience. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he also works as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Santy has worked in various Software Engineering roles for 3 years in the storage, backup and recovery domain. He has extensive experience in creating protection support for business-critical projects such as OpenStack, MongoDB, and HDFS for an enterprise-class backup product. His exceptional skills have earned him recognition with 13 awards in his previous organization for innovation and collaboration. Apart from his professional achievements, Santy is also passionate about giving back to society. He founded a non-profit organization in India called 'edinclusive' that uses assistive technologies for positive learning outcomes, focused on dyslexia, ADHD, and dysgraphia. Through this initiative, he has gained international recognition through platforms such as MIT Solve, SXSW Edu, and Bettshow. Santy's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Symbiosis and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also completed his primary and secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Santy possesses an extensive Tech Stack and is proficient in Software Engineering, Research Scientist, HDFS, and MongoDB. He currently works as a Software Engineer Intern at ADP, where he continues to hone his skills and make a significant impact.
