Sanyam Jain is a Big Data Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the field and a strong passion for technology. Currently working as a Software Engineer III at Walmart Global Tech India (formerly Walmart Labs India), Sanyam has worked on design and development of various Big Data applications using a range of tools and technologies. He is proficient in Spark, SparkStreaming applications, Structured streaming, Kafka, Hadoop, MapReduce Framework, Cloudera, Databricks, Java, Scala, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Hive, Impala, HDFS, AWS stack (S3, DynamoDb, Athena, Glue), and GCP stack (GCS, BigQuery). He follows the Scrum software methodology and is a fast learner who can quickly adjust to different technologies. Sanyam is a highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership of his work. He is optimistic and always tries to work to the best of his abilities with great zeal and enthusiasm. Apart from Big Data, Sanyam has knowledge of various core CS fields like Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Management, Operating Systems, Software Engineering. Prior to joining Walmart, Sanyam worked as a Software Developer (Big Data) at infoObjects Inc. where he worked on big-data tools and technologies, with involvement of some AWS stack tools also. He has also worked on Micro-service based architecture using dropwizard framework for Scala. He has worked in direct coordination with the client handling design & development of various Big Data applications, using aforementioned tools/technologies with different clients. Sanyam has also worked as an intern at OroWealth, where he worked as a Frontend Web Developer, re-designed and developed the UI of one of the new premium services given to the clients, called Portfolio Health Analyzer. Sanyam has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the LNM Institute of Information Technology and completed his Higher Secondary education in Mathematics and Science from D.A.V Public School, Kota. He is proficient in a wide range of technologies and has relevant experience of 5.20 years.
