Sapna Dubey is a highly experienced Lead QA Analyst at Epsilon, with over 8 years of experience in the retail and ecommerce industry. She has a strong background in AEM 6.3, API, SQL, Agile Methodologies, Functional Testing, Non-functional Testing, and PL/SQL, Appium, selenium. Sapna has a Bachelor of Engineering degree focused in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. She has also completed an Engineer’s Degree from the same institution. Prior to this, she completed her higher secondary education in Computer Science from Nalanda Vidya Peeth. At Epsilon, Sapna has worked on web-based applications, email testing using Litmus and Salesforce, AEM component testing, end-to-end testing, UI testing, and participated in UAT testing with clients. She has also been involved in deployment and backend testing using GIGYa tool, as well as automation using Selenium. Currently, she is working on mobile application testing, both manual and automated, using Appium to automate the app. Sapna has previously worked as a Senior Software QA Engineer at Epsilon and as an Associate QA L2 at Sapient. Her technical skills include QA, testing, SQL, Salesforce, Selenium, Mobile, UI, Backend, Web, and Software Engineering.
