Sarah Gawde is a highly skilled Software Engineer at Microsoft with 4 years of experience as a Technical Intern, Mentor, and Researcher. Her technical expertise, combined with her management and leadership skills, make her an asset to any team. Sarah's passion for exploring new things, both technical and non-technical, has given her a unique perspective on problem-solving. She has participated in and won various technical competitions, hosted technical and fun events, and even participated in various MUNs. All these experiences have helped her enhance her skills and nurtured her professionally. Currently, Sarah is working as a Technical Trainer at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Munshi Nagar Andheri Mumbai. She recently took a session on "NLP and ML Integration" for the AutoBuddy Research interns, an initiative by one of her college professors, Dr. Dhananjay Kalbande, towards improving technology for Autistic children. In the past, Sarah has worked as a Guest Speaker at the Indian Society for Technical Education and as a Motivational Speaker at ACSES S.P.I.T. formerly known as ITSA. Sarah's educational background includes a Btech in Computer Science from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Munshi Nagar Andheri Mumbai, which she completed in 2021. She also has an SSC Board from St. Xavier's High School, which she completed in 2015. Sarah's technical skills include Software Engineering, Research Science, NLP, and ML Integration. With 3.28 years of relevant experience, Sarah is an excellent addition to any team. She is driven, passionate, and always eager to learn new things.
