Saransh Barua is a skilled UI engineer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design. He is currently serving as the Technical Committee Chairperson at open source developers community osdc. With over 3 years of relevant experience, Saransh has a strong background in developing creative user interfaces for websites and web-apps. He is an open source enthusiast and always willing to invest his skills into great ideas. Saransh has worked with several companies in the past, including Yogaank and Wedosky. At Yogaank, he successfully developed and deployed static HTML5 templates while optimizing page-speed scores following the best frontend practices. At Wedosky, he worked on an intelligent platform to transform drone images into actionable insights called visualAI. He developed a website for visualAI on AngularJS and worked specifically on visualAI's Inspection tool that provides neat data insights on drone images. Saransh made significant contributions to the platform, adding new features and completely revamping its previous looks. He took all the design decisions, also handling a lot of data/features on a single screen, making sure the UX is not compromised. Saransh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, where he graduated in 2020. He also completed his High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Morning Star in 2016. Besides his work as a UI engineer, Saransh is a hobbyist photographer and enjoys capturing the beauty of the world around him. He also has experience in game tools/analytics at Playsimple Games. With his strong technical skills and passion for design, Saransh is a valuable asset to any team.
