Sarath Joseph is a highly skilled Software Engineer with almost a decade of experience in the field. He is currently a Member of Technical Staff III at VMware, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions. Prior to joining VMware, Sarath worked at Commvault, where he held the position of Senior Software Engineer III. During his time at Commvault, he developed a framework for Async Disaster Recovery of virtual machines and optimized and fine-tuned the Virtual Server Agent VM Snap Mount Orchestration to improve overall backup performance. He also worked as a C++ developer for Commvault’s Virtual Server Agent backup and recovery modules. Sarath holds a Master's Degree in Information Sciences and Technologies from the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He completed his secondary education at St. Columba's School in New Delhi. As a Software Engineer, Sarath has a deep understanding of various programming languages and technologies. He is highly skilled in C++ and has experience with Java, Python, and JavaScript. He is also familiar with various software development tools and frameworks, including Git, JIRA, and Eclipse.
