Sarath Kumar is an Associate Recruitment Specialist with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He completed his B.Com degree from the University of Calicut and went on to pursue an MBA in HR from Alliance University, Bangalore. He also schedules interviews for candidates as per corporate requirements. Prior to his current role, Sarath worked as an HR Intern at Aditya Birla where he gained valuable experience in learning the recruitment process in the retail industry. He was able to apply theory with practical knowledge to better understand how recruitments work in retail industries. Sarath's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calicut and a high school diploma from Saraswathy Vidya Nikethan. His technical skills include Big Data, QA, Hadoop, Frontend, Backend, Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer.
