He is a certified cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) life-coach, and has a wealth of experience in human resources, having previously worked as Executive Director of Human Resources & India Operations at Mastech Digital. Currently working as a Mindfulness Practitioner & Coach at Silver Oak Health, Saravanan is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations improve their mental health and well-being. He is a certified mindfulness life-coach, having completed the 8-week online mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program from the official training program from the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care & Society, University of Massachusetts Medical School. He has also completed the 8-week online MBSR program from Palouse Mindfulness, based on the program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
