Saravanan is a Full Stack Developer and Certified AWS Solution Architect-Associate with over 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. He is currently working as a Member of Technical Staff-II System Engineer at Verizon. His primary expertise lies in developing scalable, responsive, and stateless RESTful APIs in microservice applications and responsive user interfaces. Saravanan has extensive experience in billing and payment systems, where he has integrated with third-party payment providers. He has also migrated payment-oriented features from monolithic to microservice architecture. He has monitored production status with the help of Kibana and fixed issues if any exists. His tech stack includes Java 8, Spring Boot 2.x, Struts 2, JavaScript, React js, Redux, Styled components, Cassandra, Oracle coherence for cache, and ELK for logging and monitoring. In the past, Saravanan has worked at Infoview as a full-time Full Stack Developer, where he contributed to DB architecture and data modeling for the new product called HUE. He developed user interfaces using Google materials and wrote unit tests for backend services using Junit. He has also worked at Opentext as an Engineering Intern, where he worked on back-end changes to support PostgreSQL for an existing product. Saravanan has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kongunadu College of Engineering and Technology.
