Saravanan Subramani is a highly motivated and skilled Principal Technical Consultant with over 16 years of professional experience in IT. He has a proven track record in the areas of application software development, implementation, product design and maintenance, and project management. With around 10 years of strong pre-sales activity as a technology consultant, Saravanan has worked on various platforms such as AVAYA, Aspect, Cisco, and Genesys, CRM/Ticketing systems, Siebel and SAP connectors, BI-tools, and unified reporting (SQL and Oracle). He has also provided solutions and consultation to national and international customers, concluding on the correct solution with OEMs/Vendors and finalizing on the solution along with costing. Saravanan has around 6 years of strong functional and technical experience in implementation, development, configuration, and extensive customization of IVRS, Dialer on Intel Dialogic and NMS Products. He is a part of the Center of Excellence (TCOE) team and is currently working as a Senior Technical Consultant at Genesys. Prior to this, Saravanan has worked with Teleapps India Pvt Ltd as an Associate Solutions Specialist and with SES Technologies Limited as a Sr. Technical Executive, Project Manager, and Project Leader. At SES Technologies, he handled a team of 5 members for government and private customers like Reliance Info-com, Hutch Mumbai, Siemens Delhi, Converse India, and Tata Infotech. Saravanan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, a GNIIT from Graduation in NIIT in Computer Software Engineering, and has completed his Higher Secondary and Tenth Standard from St. Francis D'Assisi. He is skilled in SQL, product designing, and software engineering, and has a relevant experience of 23.53 years.
