Sarfraj Mondal is a pre-final year student pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University. He is currently working as a Summer Intern at Motovolt Mobility, where he holds the position of Production & Quality Engineer. Sarfraj has also worked as an Industrial Trainee at Bhandari Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. in the past. During his tenure at Motovolt Mobility, Sarfraj has been exposed to the entire production cycle and has gained insights into different departments such as Inspection and Quality Control, Assembly & Sub Assembly, Metrology Lab, and Battery Lab. He has also learned about ERP software and implementation of '4M Root Cause Analysis' to reduce losses in the factory and '5S SYSTEM'. Sarfraj has a good understanding of the flow of material inside an assembly unit and has hands-on experience in assembling different parts of an electric cycle. He has inspected different components of Electric Cycle and performed different testing processes in Mechanical & Metrology Lab. Moreover, he has learned about different types of Battery and the whole process of Battery Assembly. Sarfraj has completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston Educational Institute in 2019 and has gained 0.85 years of relevant experience in the field of QA and testing. He is proficient in these skills and has a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Sarfraj is a hardworking and dedicated individual who is passionate about the field of production engineering. He is always eager to learn and grow in his career and is looking forward to new opportunities to enhance his skills and knowledge.
