Prior to her current role, Sargam worked as a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Atlassian and a Recruitment Coordinator at Swiggy. At Swiggy, she was responsible for sourcing profiles and building up the pipeline for recruitment drives for Frontend, Backend, and React Native roles. She also completed the candidate's loop within the required time frame while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.
