Sarita Gupta is a Lead Software Engineer at Lowe's Companies, Inc. with over 13 years of cumulative experience in the field of Cloud Migration and DevOps. She is currently working on a Cloud Migration Project for microservices architecture, where she is responsible for securing the application in the cloud, automating the build process and putting in place monitoring and alerts. Prior to joining Lowe's, Sarita worked as a Technical Lead (AWS and Google Cloud Consultant) with PWC, where she educated companies about the service offerings of the AWS and Google Cloud platform and helped them in their architecture with best practices to build highly scalable and resilient applications on the public cloud. She has also worked with large Indian enterprises and System Integrators on Infrastructure Migration, Virtualization, Consolidation, and Systems Management. Sarita has extensive experience in high-level architecture design and delivering secure Cloud solutions, including setting up a geographically redundant service in the cloud. She has the ability to prioritize activities by managing a constantly evolving plan measured against client requirements and possesses strong business acumen and global acumen to build client relationships. Sarita has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from West Bengal University. She is proficient in various technologies like AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes. Her relevant experience includes Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, DevOps, and infra. In her free time, Sarita likes spending time with family and friends and enjoys traveling extensively and mingling with people from diverse cultures across the globe.
