Sarojeet Dash is an experienced Analyst in Capacity Planning, currently working with Dubai Airports. With over 11 years of relevant experience, he has a strong background in transportation planning, traffic demand projection, and strategic modeling. In his current role, Sarojeet is responsible for analyzing and forecasting the capacity requirements of Dubai Airports. He uses his expertise in operational analysis and demand matrix calculation to develop strategies for the efficient use of airport resources. Prior to joining Dubai Airports, Sarojeet worked as a Design Engineer with Arcadis, where he gained experience in transportation planning for UK highways. He also worked as a Transportation Engineer with Dar Al Handasah, where he was involved in micro-simulation analysis of road networks, ESAL calculation for pavement structures, and preparation of Traffic Impact Study reports. Sarojeet holds a Master of Technology degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He has also gained expertise in coding VBA macros for data analysis in excel and supervising traffic surveys like TMC, MCC, and Travel Time survey.
