Saroor Alam is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure support. Currently working as a Team Lead IT Helpdesk at Iffco Tokio General Insurance in Gurugram, he is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure services, end-user computing, enterprise solution delivery, and managed services/infrastructure migration projects. Saroor has a deep understanding of business processes that helps him deliver high-quality outcomes. He is passionate about continuous learning and professional development, which helps him stay competitive in the business world. Prior to his current role, Saroor worked as an IT Helpdesk Lead and System Administrator at 3i Infotech, where he gained extensive knowledge in handling servers, user machines, switches, hubs, routers, network printers, and line printers for all types of hardware and operating systems. He was responsible for keeping hardware inventory and providing FMS support to customers. Saroor has also worked as a Sr. Engineer at HCL Service Ltd, where he handled similar responsibilities. He has a Bachelor of Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education Deemed University and an I.Sc from MHS College Patna Rajapur Mainpura Patna. Saroor's technical expertise lies in infrastructure, and he has a good understanding of various technologies and tools used in IT infrastructure support.
