Sarovar Chandra is a highly experienced Director of Product Management, with over 12 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently working at PharmEasy, India's largest online pharmacy, Sarovar is responsible for overseeing the development of mobile apps and websites that generate business demand. He is known for his expertise in syncing with key stakeholders and preparing quarterly and annual product roadmaps to deliver on business goals. Sarovar has also led the hiring process for consumer product teams and teams that engage directly with product, such as Analytics and Design. He is responsible for executing and delivering on the Consumer Products' roadmap and has set up agile scrum processes for execution of said roadmap for all consumer teams. He has also increased bottom-of-funnel conversion by 17% and tripled the number of subscriptions being created. He has also rolled out Pharmeasy’s desktop and mobile sites, allowing for web-based transactions. Prior to his current role, Sarovar has worked as a Senior Product Manager at Razorpay and CouponDunia. At Razorpay, he set up payment analytics tech stack, using a Druid cluster, and roadmapped and executed the ‘Razorpay Invoices and Payment Links’ product with key features like SMS-based payment links, GST compliant invoices, and partial payments. At CouponDunia, he was the product owner for Android and iOS mobile apps and rolled out Automatic Offer Notifications which prompted users about available offers for an e-commerce app which they were actively browsing. He has also owned internal products that directly impacted consumer experience, such as Customer Support and Affiliate Tracking. Sarovar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from Stony Brook University and a High School Diploma in CBSE XII from Delhi Public School.
