Sarthak Raj is a skilled programmer with expertise in C/C++, Python, R, and MATLAB, and a strong mathematical background. He is enthusiastic about opportunities in the field of Software Development Engineering and has interned at MRC, Pune, where he designed and developed an AUV for underwater noise validation and a data analytics framework using Machine Learning. Sarthak is currently working as an Electronics Engineer at AUV-IITB, where he is responsible for maintaining a codebase of 1000+ lines of code in C++ to implement controls for Voyager, a 3+1 degree of freedom underwater arm and gripper assembly. Sarthak is pursuing a BTech in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Computer Science Engineering from IIT Bombay. He has excellent communication skills, unlimited zeal, and a knack for making things work. Sarthak has also worked as a Department Academic Mentor and Institute Technical Summer Programme Mentor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Currently, Sarthak is a Fellow at the Maritime Research Center, where he is designing training courses to acquaint industry professionals with the scope and use of Robotics in the Underwater Domain Awareness (UDA) framework. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Python, and C. With 0.36 years of relevant experience, Sarthak is all set to join Ikigai Labs as an SDE Intern in 2022-23 for their DAMP and ISMP programs at IITB. Sarthak's passion for software development and his experience in the field make him an ideal candidate for any software development role.
