Sarthak Sengupta is a highly experienced Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, and Data Scientist with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, data structures, and algorithms. With over 3 years of relevant experience, he has developed an extensive knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, sequence modeling, and cognitive computing. Currently, Sarthak is working as a part of the AR Vision Lab in the Advanced Research Group at Samsung Research Bangalore (SRIB). He is working on an augmented reality based computer vision (SLAM) project that involves audio-video-based machine learning research projects. Prior to this, he worked for TCS as a part of a cognitive computing solutions team on an artificial intelligence development project in BFSI sector. He was responsible for developing deep learning-based object detection and natural language processing models using Tensorflow, SpaCy, and Python. Sarthak has a strong technical background and is proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, and Bash. He is also skilled in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, EJS, Node.JS, Flask, and Firebase. He has experience working with databases such as MongoDB, Firebase (Realtime Database), and SQL and platforms such as Linux, Windows, and Android (Android App Development). Sarthak holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. He completed his Class XII from Vishwa Bharti Public School, where he studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Computer Science. Overall, Sarthak is a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in computer vision, machine learning, research science, software engineering, NLP, and deep learning.
