Sarvagya Dubey is a Senior Solution Integrator at Ericsson with 8.78 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry. He has been a part of the 4G venture, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, which is the telecom arm of Reliance Industries, in its operational support systems. Sarvagya has extensive experience in order fulfillment design requirements and implementing solutions for the same using Ericsson Order Management tool. He is currently working on Project Zain Kuwait, where he is responsible for understanding order fulfillment design requirements and implementing the solution using the inherent features and functionalities of the product. He also works closely with the support team in analyzing production issues and bugs and providing timely fixes for the same. In his previous role at Jio, Sarvagya worked as an Assistant Manager and was passionately involved in the PAN India launch of the fastest-growing mobile broadband network Jio 4G. He implemented Order Management and Order orchestration solutions in the O2A Fulfillment journey, using Ericsson Order Care product. He also supported development and support activities during and post-launch period of the project by developing utilities and automating mundane tasks using the inherent features and functionalities of Order Care product. Sarvagya has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, and a certification in Artificial Intelligence from Great Learning Institute of Management. He is proficient in various technologies such as SQL, designer, integration, mobile, and software engineering. He has also volunteered as an instructor for new joiners, conducting introductory training sessions about the department (OSS) and creating training materials and conducting hands-on training sessions for people new to working on Ericsson Order Care designer tool.
