Sarvesh Shetty is a passionate software engineer with over 4 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working at MakeMyTrip as a Senior Software Engineer, where he is responsible for building quality applications using Python, Django, and Data Science. Before joining MakeMyTrip, Sarvesh worked at TCS as a Software Engineer, where he was a part of the Tech and Innovation team. During his time at TCS, Sarvesh worked with BFSI clients to digitally transform age-old business processes using new technologies. He was involved in building PoCs using Python, extracting data from financial documents using Tesseract OCR, storing data into databases such as SQL and MongoDB, deploying machine learning models and solutions using Django, and creating REST API endpoints and SwaggerUI documentation. Sarvesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, which he completed in 2019. During his time at university, he gained a strong background in Data Structures and Algorithms.
