Sarvesh Vasudevan is a Professional Scrum Master with a passion for Agile Project Management using Kanban, Scrum, XP, and Lean in Software Development. He holds a Distinction in MSc Business Information Systems from Royal Holloway, University of London, and has over 5 years of experience in the field. As a recognized leader with 2 years of experience as a scrum master, Sarvesh has a proven history of building complex systems using Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP. He has the ability to facilitate and train scrum teams in the use of new technology tools and products, managing teams of 6-9 people across technology and design departments. He is skilled in tracking sprint progress and burn-down by creating reports and dashboards, and has improved team efficiency. Sarvesh has experience in programming languages and tools like Java, JavaScript, Oracle SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Webservices API, WebSphere Application Server 8.5, Toad for Oracle, Rational Software Architect, Clear Case, Clear Team Explorer, Rapid Deploy, Urban Code, SOAP UI, Splunk, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow Change board. He is currently working as a Research Assistant at Ipsos, and has previously worked as a Scrum Master at TCS, where he coached and trained Agile methodologies to 5+ cross-functional teams in the organization by conducting workshops. He also co-ordinated product owners by ensuring product vision, roadmap, and strategy are well defined and understood, aiding 100% success of the projects. He encouraged the use of practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, Continuous Integration (CI), and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) which increased the team’s throughput in less than 6 weeks. Sarvesh has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University.
