Sascha Rehbock is a highly experienced founder, coach, and consultant for agile and digital product development and transformation. With over 15 years of experience in software engineering and leadership positions, Sascha has successfully developed and launched digital products in various sectors including Automotive, Health Care, Manufacturing, and Finance. As a coach, Sascha has helped teams to have more impact and discover better ways of working together, from Product Teams to CxOs. He has also served as the Managing Director of the Digital Product School, a unique 3-month experience where Product Managers, Designers, and Software- and AI-Engineers from around the world solve real problems with industry partners by building user-centric digital products while learning how to be an amazing digital product team. Sascha is currently the Co-Founder of verlagsheld gmbh and has previously worked as a Coach, Trainer, and Consultant at rehbock consulting. He has also served as a Lehrbeauftragter at hochschule neu-ulm. Sascha has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. He is also proficient in AI and has 13.37 years of relevant experience in the field. As a coach, trainer, and consultant, Sascha helps organizations, leaders, and teams establish an agile working culture, drive innovation, create a sense of urgency, and develop user-centered digital products.
