Sashidhar Jeevanigi is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering with over 17 years of experience in enterprise software development and web development. He is a skilled engineering leader with a proven track record of building high-performance engineering teams from the ground up. He has a demonstrated history of delivering software projects on time with the highest quality. Sashidhar has over 6 years of experience in Agile methodologies as a Scrum master. He is passionate about solving business problems through software solutions. Currently, Sashidhar is the Director of Engineering at Indeed.com, where he has built teams to enable Indeed's "Job Application" experience at high-scale, high-reliability, and high data-fidelity safe guards. He has executed a complex project end-to-end, a customer enhancement to ASCP engine solver algorithm, and has worked on several complex customer issues and resolved them. Prior to Indeed, Sashidhar worked at Oracle as a Senior Development Manager. He was responsible for managing the development and delivery of Supply Planning Product and Global Order Promising product. He grew from a module level leader to Product level leader, serving as a SCRUM master for the Supply Planning Product. He executed major changes in the Supply Planning Engine core algorithm for memory efficiency and performance improvement. Sashidhar holds a Dual Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also attended Don Bosco High School in Hyderabad.
