Sashrika Kaur is a highly accomplished software engineer, with experience at some of the biggest tech companies in the world. Currently working as a Scholarship Mentorship Recipient at Goldman Sachs, Sashrika is one of the top 10 scholars in the APAC region, having been awarded a scholarship and virtual mentorship based on her academic performance, leadership, technical skills, and impact on the community of women in tech. Sashrika is a graduate of Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, where she earned her BTech in Computer Science. She has since gone on to work as a software engineer at Microsoft and as an SWE intern at Flipkart, where she was recognized for her impact on the community of women in tech with scholarships and awards from Google, Goldman Sachs, and the Grace Hopper Celebration India. In addition to her work as a software engineer, Sashrika is also a Hackathon Coach at Major League Hacking, where she is one of the first coaches in the APAC region. She has led various initiatives to empower women in tech and hosted sessions to initiate a dialogue about the issues women face in the industry. She is an advocate for women in the tech community and is a regular speaker at various events. Sashrika's technical skills include a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on Android application development. She has experience as a Teaching Assistant for Android Application Development at Coding Blocks and as a Growth Hacker at Coding Club. Her education history includes a degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women and a background in Science from Ryan International School.
