Sasidhar Yalavarthi is a professional business developer with a strong technical foundation and over 6 years of experience building new businesses. He has an excellent knack for developing products, analyzing markets, and executing projects. Currently, Sasidhar works at Ericsson as a Product Manager for Drone Platform and Partnerships, where he is responsible for building Iris, a drone application platform for enterprises. With seed investment from Ericsson One, an incubator at Ericsson, Sasidhar leads a small sales and development team to bring Iris to enterprises. In addition to his role as a Product Manager, Sasidhar is also responsible for 5G market development. He works with the sales and engineering teams to find gaps in their portfolio and strengthen them through selected partners. In his previous role at Ericsson, Sasidhar was a Project Manager for Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory, where he was responsible for building eight Industry 4.0 use cases in Ericsson US Smart Factory. He project-managed the building of the world's first smart factory, where building management controls rely on 4G/5G systems. Other use cases he was responsible for include digital adherence, energy, environment, and irrigation monitoring, automatic decanting system, and telepresence robots. Before joining Ericsson, Sasidhar was a Partner Manager and Business Developer for Industry 4.0 at Ericsson, where he was responsible for device and application partners to provide an end-to-end solution for factories. Sasidhar holds a Master's degree in Machine Learning from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT. With 4.60 years of relevant experience, Sasidhar is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of technical and business skills. He is passionate about building enterprise products and scaling them through business development and partnerships.
