Satej Gujar is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with over 16 years of experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. He is a servant leader who focuses on continuous improvement and value delivery by incorporating Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Unit Testing, and DevOps culture in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Satej has a strong technical background in Java/J2EE and is skilled in building self-organizing, cross-functional teams. He has experience in building workflows, reports, and automation using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools like JIRA. Additionally, he has worked with AWS Cloud Computing services such as ec2, S3, and Lambda. Currently, Satej works as a Technical Program Manager at BrowserStack. In the past, he has worked as a Scrum Master at CleverTap, where he led Agile transformation across eight teams by coaching them on Agile processes. He improved the predictability of feature delivery by implementing practices such as Release planning using the team's velocity and enabled Agile teams to improve throughput through the use of high collaboration approaches, such as pair-programming and ATDD. He also facilitated Test-Driven Development (TDD) across all engineering teams to improve product quality. Prior to CleverTap, Satej worked as a Project Manager at Star TV, where he managed Star's in-house sales product and led and coached two teams in Scrum adoption. He conducted Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives and introduced TDD to the development life cycle. Satej holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil Pratishtans College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Simplilearn. His technical skills include test automation, Senior Software Engineering, AWS, Java, DevOps, and QA.
