Sathish V. is a highly experienced Wireless Telecom professional with over 18 years of relevant experience in the industry. His expertise lies in 5G, 4G, 3G, and 2G wireless technologies. He has a strong background in various areas such as 5G RAN, 5G UE-Stack, 5G Core Network, LTE RAN eNodeB small cell solution, and LTE EPC Network (MME, SGW, PGW). He is also well-versed in RAN split architectures, O-RAN Architecture, solution integration with physical layer, and project management. Sathish has worked as a Project Lead, Architect, and Product Owner for product development, managing a team size of 4-15. He has technical pre-sales and post-sales experience, involving direct customer engagement, creating solution proposal presentations, driving PoC implementations, and conducting customer demos. He has experience in software development using Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies, project planning, requirements, design, test planning, and delivery.
