Sathyanarayana Bhat is a dedicated research engineer with over 12 years of experience in the fields of image processing and computer vision algorithm development. He has a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer/Information Science from PES College of Engineering, Mandya. Currently working as a Senior Software Architect at Applied Materials, Sathyanarayana has previously worked at L&T and Zoomcar as a Specialist and Algorithm Lead - IOT respectively. At Zoomcar, he was responsible for designing and implementing the autonomous vehicle architecture as a middleware platform. He also planned, designed, developed, and tested machine learning and image processing algorithms for the Autonomous Vehicle Platform. Currently, he is working on the drivable region detection module using sensor fusion. Sathyanarayana's expertise lies in computer vision, senior software engineering, machine learning, deep learning, Python, image processing, research scientist, C, neural networks, AWS, AI, infra, OpenCV, test, designer, Tensorflow, Pytorch, and frontend. He is a skilled researcher and has contributed to various projects in the field of computer vision and machine learning.
